sony announced their Xperia T2 ultra on last month  at CES 2014. it has 6 inch display with 720p resolution and TRILUMINOUS technology(Triluminous display tech that uses quantum dots, or nanocrystals so small they have quantum properties, and are emitting light just at preset wavelengths. This boosts everything - from a 50%  larger color gamut, to brightness,contrast and so on.) Sony’s patented Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 for mobile.  and this phablet this time comes with 1.4 GHz quad-core snapdragon processor 1 GB of ram ,* GB of internal memory with a micro SD slot, 13 MP rear camera and 1.1 MP front camera for video calling.and it has GPRS,EDGE,WI-FI,Bluetooth micro USB .and powered with 3000mAh battery

It comes with bundle of preloaded apps like facebook,twitter,youtube,googleplay,gmail,Gtalk,TV launcher etc..it has three colour varients white ,black,and purple  it may costs aproximately near 499$.
